Coal burner
It worked ok but after around 5 usages it stopped working. The light is still on but its not warming. And I can’t easily find how to ask support what to do with it

Excellent product
Lights my charcoal very fast and easy. Very compact and portable. Saves the kitchen stove from getting messy!

Good but not for long
I purchased this burner in early October when moved into a new apartment with a glass top stove. It worked really well for a few months but last week it simply stopped turning on. The bottom has a spot on the plastic that has been weakened by the heating element inside but that's the only physical issue I can see. Worked for a few months, cropped out half way through a bowl last week.
