Hookah Battles take place at the largest hookah events around the globe, including the USA, Russia, Ukraine, Germany, Spain, and Brazil. It brings together top hookah gurus to compete for the coveted title of "Best Hookah Master." Each contestant battling for the title of Hookah Master forms a team that works together to present their best hookah to a panel of judges. Hookahs are scored according to the following criteria: hookah aesthetics, hookah functionality, flavor, and smokeability. The winner receives a grand prize and is awarded the honor of joining the Hookah Battle Hall of Fame.
